Volunteer Positions for Rhonewood Meet

Volunteer positions for this Saturday's meet against Rhonewood are posted here.

With a lot of families out of town this weekend we are short positions. If you have not yet fulfilled or signed up for your 6 positions and plan on being at the meet on Saturday, this would be a great time to help out.

With the new timing system in place we will no longer need Recorders or Scorers. Next year I will revise the volunteer duties but at this time I will revisit on a week by week basis. This week if you are signed up for a Recorder or Scorer please take a look at some of the other open positions and let me know if any would work for you. We have also changed the time for Snack Bar Cleanup. The reporting time for this will now be 12:30 rather than 2:00. If you have a conflict with the new time please let me know as we are very flexible. Sorry to those of you that have reported for jobs at the last few meets only to find that the job was no longer needed.
